Pierre Gonne is a legal and tax expert with a Master’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in economic law. He is a consular judge at the francophone Business Court in Brussels. Pierre is a member of the “Institute for Tax Advisors and Accountants” (ITAA), he is in charge of the development of JADE FIDUCIAL Belgium and is based in Brussels.
He started his professional career as a lawyer at the Bar of Charleroi and Brussels, then he worked with the « big four » (Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst & Young) as legal and tax advisor for many SMEs. He subsequently developed his expertise within the framework of a collaboration within the family office of an important French family-owned industrial group, where he was in charge of structuring the assets of Belgian residents. He also worked for a Belgian real estate group, where he organized and supervised, for more than 10 years, the legal and tax structuring of national and international investments.
With over 25 years’ of experience in advising SMEs that operate both in Belgium and internationally, Pierre has developed a pragmatic, cross-disciplinary legal and fiscal approach for the organization of business projects as well as for the transfer of assets.
